To register: 

After purchasing the course, you must complete the registration form. This provides the information needed to give you access to the course on the scheduled date and time. Registration for each class closes 2 days before the class begins. Do
NOT purchase after this time because there is no time to complete the
process.

Following successful payment and registration, a confirmation will be sent within 1 week before the program date via email. Be sure to check your junk folder as unfamiliar emails may be directed there. This will include confirmation of the date, time, and other pertinent information, as well as instructions to access the class. Refunds minus an administrative fee are available up to one (1) week before the scheduled program. NO REFUNDS GIVEN THEREAFTER.

Ames Heigh will send the completed verification form to the board of nursing and will send a copy to you.
